Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, there are some practical limitations on refunds — but we will always act reasonably and fairly.

Digital Products — General Policy

All products sold by Chapter & Grace are instant digital downloads. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once you have downloaded a digital file, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply. By proceeding with a purchase and downloading your file, you acknowledge this.

When We Will Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical fault — the file is corrupted, does not download, or cannot be opened
• Wrong product delivered — you received a different product to what you ordered
• Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same product twice
• Significantly not as described — the product materially differs from what was described on the product page

To request a refund, email us at hello@chapterandgrace.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

When We Cannot Refund

We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after download
• Incompatibility with your printer or device (please check the product description and our sizing guide before purchase)
• Dissatisfaction with the printing quality of your home printer

Etsy Purchases

If you purchased via our Etsy shop, Etsy's own purchase protection policies also apply. You may raise a case with Etsy if you believe there is a problem with your order.
